Born and raised on a coffee farm in San Adolfo, Huila, Brayan Alvear grew up immersed in the craft. Now working with his family and 60 others, he’s dedicated to producing standout coffees from the region. With support from Forest and the Ancla mill, Brayan’s passion shines through in every cup.

Each lot undergoes a 24-hour pre-fermentation, followed by 24 hours of aerobic cherry rest. After depulping, it’s fermented anaerobically for five days with dehydrated passionfruit, then slowly dried over ten days with a pause to deepen flavour. The result? A bold, fruit-forward brew worth savouring.
